This page explains the CV Coach SA free South African CV review and optional paid CV improvement process, including service terms, payments, refunds, cancellations and how personal information is collected, used and protected.
Service Type
CV Coach SA provides professional South African CV review and improvement services only. All services are delivered remotely via WhatsApp and/or email.
This is not a recruitment agency, job placement service or vacancy service. CV Coach SA does not provide jobs, vacancies, recruitment, placements, interviews or employment guarantees.
How the Service Works
Clients may contact CV Coach SA via WhatsApp or email and send their CV when ready. The initial South African CV review is free.
After the CV has been reviewed and feedback has been provided, the client may choose whether to proceed with optional paid CV restructuring and optimisation.
The website provides service information and generates enquiries. It does not process payments directly and does not operate as an automated online checkout store.
South African Packages and Pricing
Option 1 — Full Career Positioning Package — R500
Option 2 — Professional Application Package — R450
Option 3 — Professional CV Alignment — R350
Professional South African CV review is provided first. Optional paid CV improvement is available from R350 after the review, should the client decide to proceed.
Payment and Start of Work
South African payments are made by EFT only. The correct EFT payment details are sent after the client has selected a package.
Paid work only starts after the client has selected a package, payment has reflected or an accepted proof of payment has been received, and all required information has been received.
PayPal and United Kingdom payment links do not apply to the South African service.
Digital Delivery and Turnaround
Final documents are delivered digitally via email and/or WhatsApp. Delivery formats may include Word and/or PDF documents depending on the selected package.
Turnaround is within 2 business days after payment has reflected and all required information has been received.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because the service involves personalised digital document work, payments are non-refundable once work has started or once final documents have been delivered.
If a client pays and cancels before work has started, the request may be reviewed and a refund may be processed where applicable, less any payment-processing charges already incurred.
No refund is provided because a client does not receive job responses, interview invitations or employment after using the final documents.
Corrections After Delivery
If an error, formatting issue or reasonable correction is identified after delivery, the client may request a correction within 2 business days of receiving the final documents.
Corrections are limited to reasonable refinements connected to the original paid service and the information supplied before the work was completed.
Corrections do not include new career information, new job-target changes, additional role tailoring or rewriting based on new instructions supplied after delivery.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal, career, education and employment information.
CV Coach SA does not independently verify employment history, qualifications, licences, references or supporting documents.
Clients remain responsible for checking the final documents before using them for applications.

Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with payment after the review process, the client confirms that they understand and accept the selected service, package scope, pricing, EFT payment process, digital delivery method, turnaround time and refund and cancellation terms.

Information We May Collect
When you use a Meta lead form, CV Coach SA may receive information you submit such as your full name, phone number and answers to the CV-service qualification questions.
When you continue via WhatsApp or email, information may include your contact details, messages, CV, employment history, education, qualifications, skills and other career information you voluntarily provide for the review or paid service.
Please avoid sending personal information that is not reasonably required for your CV review or improvement service.
How Your Information Is Used
Personal information may be used to respond to your CV review request, communicate with you, assess your existing CV, provide any paid service you choose, deliver completed documents, maintain appropriate business records and respond to service or correction enquiries.
Information may also be used in a limited way to understand website and advertising performance.
Website and Meta Tracking
This website uses the Meta Pixel. A PageView event may be recorded when the website is visited to assist with advertising measurement and performance analysis.
When a visitor clicks a CV Coach SA WhatsApp or email contact link, a Meta custom event called SAContactIntent may be recorded. This indicates the type of contact route selected.
These website events are not designed to send the contents of your CV, WhatsApp message or email message to Meta.
Meta Pixel and related browser technologies may use cookies or similar technologies. Meta processes information it receives according to its own terms and privacy policies.
Meta Instant Forms
When you submit a CV Coach SA Instant Form through Facebook or Instagram, the information you enter is initially processed through Meta's platform and is then made available to CV Coach SA for the purpose of handling your CV review request.
Only people who complete the applicable lead-form process and submit their information are received by CV Coach SA through that form.
Sharing and Service Providers
CV Coach SA does not sell your personal information.
Information may be processed through service providers or platforms reasonably required to operate the service, including Meta, WhatsApp, email services, document-delivery systems and banking or payment services where applicable.
Information will only be disclosed where reasonably necessary for the service, business administration, legal obligations or protection of legitimate rights.
Storage, Retention and Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure.
Personal information and client documents are retained only for as long as reasonably required for the service, business administration, record keeping, correction requests, dispute handling or applicable legal obligations, after which they may be securely deleted when no longer required.
Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable South African law, you may request access to personal information held about you, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, request deletion where appropriate, or raise an objection or concern about how your information is processed.
